  Welcome!

The purpose of RMPHA is to promote and stimulate interest in the Paint Horse by encouraging Paint breeding for confirmation, and ability; by promoting interest in the Paint as a breed; by sponsoring and/or encouraging Paint Horse classes in all horse shows, pleasure and trail riding, racing and all activities of the same nature in every way possible; by promoting good horsemanship and sportsmanship; by educating the public about the qualities of the Paint Horse and the American Paint Horse Association; and by encouraging membership in both the regional and national levels.


 
APHA Scholarship Applications
are due March 1st and RMPHA Scholarship Applications are due July 15th.

2013 Rendezvous
Plan to attend the YDF Rendezvous April 10 - 14, 2013 at the National Western Event Center.

Something for everyone ~ from halter to cattle to over fences . . . All Breed Walk/Trot; Green Horse; Solid Paint Bred; Walk/Trot; Youth; Amateur and Open with high point and reserve awards in all categories as well as circuit awards.  Drawing for a free stall . . . see show bill for more details.

  • A reminder to the Youth and Amateur exhibitors to read eligibility rules for year-end awards that are on the membership form and send it in order for their show points to count. If anyone is interested in serving on a committee or have any suggestions or need information be sure and check out the Committee Chairpersons on the Board of Directors Page.
  • A REMINDER TO EXHIBITORS:
    In order to facilitate point-keeping for year-end awards, exhibitors must record their APHA numbers on horse show entry forms.
