Please bring the following items with you:
For new registrations - registration application completed and signed, four basic photographs (direct front, direct rear, direct left sideview, direct right sideview) plus closeups of any minimal qualifying area. Other requirements, i.e. transfers, stallion breeding reports, etc. may be needed depending on the individual circumstances of the application.
For transfers - original registration certificate, completed and signed transfer of ownership form.
All fees must be paid by credit card (Visa, MC, or AMEX) or check.
